Lyle Edsel Miller, 51, of 1325 N. B St., Rogers, died Nov. 19 in Rogers Memorial Hospital. Born July 19, 1928, in Flat Rock, Ill., he was the son of Roscoe and Lillie Scott Miller. He was a World War II veteran and member of Rogers Sunnyside Baptist Church, moving to Rogers in 1962.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Grace V. Sanders Miller of the home; his mother of Carlyle, Ill.; two sons, Gary Miller of Wink, Texas, and Larry Miller of Clarksville, Tenn.; four daughters, Mrs. Karen Cox and Mrs. Darlene Utsler of Rogers, Mrs. Rhonda McConauthy of Leesville, La., and Miss Lisa Miller of the home; four brothers, Thomas Miller and Clarence Miller of Carlyle, Eugene Miller of Seattle, Wash., and Roscoe Miller of Bentonville; a sister, Mrs. Virginia Johnson of Kansas City, Mo.; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Burns Funeral Home, Rogers, with the Rev. Marvin N. Stephens, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the veterans section of Benton County Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Charlie and Ted Cotton, Clifford Dutton, Lewis Hitchcock, Max Nail and Someday Requa.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in Burns Chapel.
