Henry C. Collier, 76, of Paris died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2003, in Little Rock. He was a retired salesman, a member of First Assembly of God in Paris. In the 48 years of membership in the church he served as usher, trustee, secretary Sunday school teacher, song leader and C.A. leader. He was a Navy veteran serving in World War II as a seaman first class. He received the following accommodations, Victory Medal of World War II, the American Area Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Area Ribbon four stars, Philippine Liberation Campaign Ribbon with two stars. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Marvin and Birdie Beatrice Marvell Collier, five sisters, Burris, Annie, Grace, Ollie and Mary Beth; six brothers, Bill, Walter, George, Archie, Roy and Bob; a daughter-in-law, Leanor Collier. He is survived by his wife, Virginia "Babe" Ruth McClure Collier of Paris; two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda Ruth and William Hall of Russellville and Roslyn and Jim Dorrough of Scranton; two sons and daughter-in-law, Charles Lynn Collier of New Blaine and Paul Wayne and Bettye Collier of Paris; two sisters, Oneida Miller of Lady Lake, Fla., and Gladys Johnson of Hartman; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be John Paul Wells, Jamie Wells, Elmer, Harold, J.T. and Bob Rogers and Dub Sidwell. Honorary pallbearers will be Darby and Justin Collier and Chris and Aaron Hall.

Virginia "Babe" Collier, 77, of Paris died Monday, Jan. 9, 2006, in Paris. She was a homemaker, a longtime member of First Assembly of God in Paris and the widow of Henry Collier.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Hall of Russellville and Roselyn Dorrough of Scranton; two sons, Charles Collier of New Blaine and Paul Collier of Paris; two sisters, Wanda Woolridge of National City, Calif., and Bonnie Hodge of Perryville; three brothers, John McClure of Roseville, Floyd and Dennis McClure, both of Paris; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be granddaughters.
