SPRINGDALE — Billy Gene Cook, 46, of Springdale died Nov. 5, 2013, at Circle of Life Hospice. He was born Nov. 4, 1967, in Springdale to Onial L. and Deree Clem Cook.
He was a dispatcher for a transportation company. Billy was an avid Razorback football fan. He enjoyed playing in the Springdale High School football alumni games.
Billy is preceded in death by his mother, Deree Cook.
He is survived by his father, Onial Cook; wife, Julie Chism Cook of Gravette; one son, Billy Garon Cook of Gravette; three brothers, Jessie LeRoy Carr of Fort Smith, Joe Yager of Rogers, and Scott and Sheilah Davis of Fayetteville; two sisters, Catherine Carlock of Rogers and Onna Newell of Broken Arrow, Okla.; one niece, Julie Lacey; two nephews, Randy Carr and Bryant Newell.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2013, at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, with Lowell Bradley officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery.
Visitation will he Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
