FAYETTEVILLE — Louise Estes, of Fayetteville died peacefully and surrounded by her family May 19, 2008.
Born June 22, 1918, in Fayetteville to Jim and Vera Hannah, she was sister to older brother, Taylor. Louise married Peter G. Estes, May 21, 1938, and was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by Pete and two daughters, Patricia Kay Estes and Nancy Estes Nations.
Louise is survived by her son, Peter and Patti Estes; her daughter, Janet and Roy Brown; her son-in-law, Huland Nations; grandchildren, Holly Nations, Graham and Melanie Nations and daughter Ella, Amy and Matt Turner and son Zander, Tripp and Brandy Estes and daughters Abby and Hannah, Nelson Brown, Taylor and Kelley Brown and daughter Bella and Edward Brown.
Louise is remembered as a devoted wife to Pete. Her love for her family was always unconditional and she spent her life encouraging others. She made all welcome with a loving home and table. Christmas won't be the same without her. Lulu will be loved and missed always.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Butterfield Trail Village. The Rev. Gary B. Lunsford will officiate.
Arrangements are by Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville, www.mooresfuneralchapel.com.
There will be a private family graveside service.
