JONESBORO -- Grace Wolf, 87, of Fisher died Wednesday, May 23, 2007, in St. Bernards Medical Center at Jonesboro.
She was born in Poteau, Okla., on June 15, 1919. Her family moved to Weiner where she lived until her marriage in 1939 to Paul Wolf. She was a homemaker and involved in community and church activities. Grace was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church at Waldenburg, where she enjoyed giving time to the Braille Project.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Bartleson of San Jose, Calif.; a daughter-in-law, Penny Wolf of Fisher; two sisters, Ruth Wells and Sue Jane Eubanks, both of Memphis; three grandchildren, Eliece Horton of Aptos, Calif., Aaron Bartleson of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Eric Wolf of Austin, Texas; and two great-grandchildren, Fischer Bartleson and Skye Horton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Wolf, in 2000; a son, Fowler Wolf; and a grandson, Craig Wolf.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Zion Lutheran Church at Waldenburg with the Rev. Anthony Oncken officiating. Burial will be in Waldenburg Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Phil Hesse, Jim Hesse, Gary Zirbel, Jerry Paul Reddmann, Paul Zirbel and Johnny Branum.
The Lutheran Braille Workers of Zion Lutheran Church will serve as honorary pallbearers.
There will be no visitation.
