Husband of Beulah E Litterell
Martin Van Buren LITTERELL, 77, Rt. 1, Box 45, Huntsville, died Oct. 19 in Washington Regional Medical Center. Born Jan. 30, 1904, Roseville, AR, the son of William Monroe and Lillie Iona Bennett LITTERELL, he was a farmer, member of the Church of Christ and a Veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Beulah Faye Phillips LITTERELL of the home; three sons, Junior LITTERELL and Wayne LITTERELL, both of Huntsville and Bill LITTERELL of Hindsville; three daughters, Donna LONG, Orondo, WA, Delane ROSS, Huntsville, Danita SEARS, Fayetteville; one brother, Ellery LITTERELL, Oildale, CA; four sisters, Lola WARREN, Brenita HARRIS, and Ethna PHILLIPS, all of Huntsville and Viva BURELL, Alma; 13 grandchildren.
Funeral services were Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at Brashears Chapel with Jimmie Light and Jimmie Hobbs officiating. Burial was in the Huntsville Cemetery under direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Harold Jones, Loy Phillips, John Westlin, Jim Donnahue, Dale Phillips and Troy Litterell.
