SPRINGDALE — Lena Arnold, 71, of Springdale died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born Feb. 21, 1941, in Henryetta, Okla., to James and Leona Hurst.
Lena was a homemaker and she liked to sew, crochet and work in her flower garden.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene M. Arnold.
Survivors include eight children, Donald Arnold of Siloam Springs. Charles Arnold of Gentry, Lena Woods of Fayetteville, Howard Owens of Springdale, Bobby Owens of Oklahoma, Barbara Mason of Springdale, Tommy Arnold of Springdale and Janie Baker of Rogers; siblings, Joe Hurst of Avoca, sister, Dorothy Woods of Huntsville, Jessie Hurst of Rogers; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at 3:30 p.m. at Friendship Cemetery, with the Rev. Howard Owens and the Rev. Bill Barron officiating.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 7 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
