ROGERS — Bernadine E. Moore, 84, of Rogers died May 6, 2008, at Heritage Park Nursing Center. She was born Dec. 5, 1923, in Arlington Heights, Ill., to Raymond and Cordie White.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Perkins and a son, David.
Survivors include her children, Robert R. Perkins of Bentonville, James Perkins and wife Mary of Colorado Springs; two stepdaughters, Bernadette Hebard and husband George of Glen Ellyn, Ill., Beth Saenz of Scottsdale, Ariz.; a stepson, Bill Moore of Downers Grove, Ill.; two sisters; three brothers, Rosemary Blackstock of Rogers, Lois Peterson of Sandwich, Ill., Kenneth White of Rogers, Dale White of Sandwich and Donald White of Bluffton, S.C.; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. May 13 at Oakley Chapel Methodist Church. Visitation will follow at the Fellowship Hall following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oakley Chapel Methodist Church.
Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
