Pearlie Lucille Newby, 68 year-old resident of Watts, Oklahoma, died April 1, 2014 at her home. Born April 18, 1945 in Nob Hill, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Jess Sizemore and Katie Wolfe Sizemore. Pearlie married Zickle Newby on November 5, 1963 in Huntsville, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a member of Victory Worship Center, West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma.

Survivors include her husband, Zickle; one daughter, Margaret Newby of West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma; two sons, Lonnie Newby and wife Janelle of Berryville, Arkansas, and Orville Newby and wife Brenda of Grove, Oklahoma; two grandsons, Taylor Fletcher of West Siloam Springs and Shane Newby of Grove; two granddaughters, Ariel Newby of Berryville and Shelby Newby of Grove; two brothers, Paul Sizemore of Springdale, Arkansas, and Donnie Sizemore of Nob Hill; four sisters, Idesta Davis of Hindsville, Arkansas, Lottie Langston of War Eagle, Arkansas, Genet Hawkins of Elkins, Arkansas, and Lucy Beck of Hindsville.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 4, 2014 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas with Sister Donna Thomas-Burch officiating. Burial will follow at Gobbler Cemetery, Berryville, Arkansas. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
