Matthew Keaton Williams came into this world a blessing on June 15, 1988, and went home to be with his Lord on June 11, 2007. He was a beloved son, and loving brother and uncle. He was well loved by his family and numerous friends. Matthew was a life long resident of Clinton, and a member of First Baptist Church. He was a member of the National Guard’s 153rd Infantry, and was awaiting orders to complete Advanced Individual Training. Matthew loved science fiction, making movies with his friends, and was an avid Halo player. Matthew is survived by his parents, Dale and Pam Williams, a brother, Cobey Hines and wife Branda of Independence, Missouri, sister Shannon Williams of Clinton, grandfather Jimmy Williams of Clinton, and grandmother Lillian Baker of Banks, AR. Matthew was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dolores Williams , and grandfather Henry Baker.
Visitation Wednesday 5 to 8 at Roller McNutt Chapel.
Services will be Thursday June 14 at 1:00 P.M. Clinton First Baptist Church with Burial in the Pee Dee Cemetery. Roller McNutt Funeral Home in charge of arrangement.
