BENTONVILLE — Kent DeWayne Lawson, of Bentonville died July 31, 2007, in Bentonville. He was born Oct. 4, 1966, in El Centro, Calif., to Howard and Mary Ellis Lawson. He was an auto mechanic most of his adult life until becoming physically unable. He had lived in Benton County most of his life and enjoyed fishing. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Howard Lawson and Glenda of Seligman, Mo.; his mother, Mary Ellis of Knobnoster, Mo.; wife, Angelia Hudson Lawson; six children, Rebecka, Ariel, Tanaeah, Kent Jr., Regan and Samual Lawson, all of the home; one brother, Rick Lawson of Seligman; one sister, Sonya Anderson of Knobnoster.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Burkshed Cemetery near Hindsville with the Rev. Rick Wittle officiating.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home in Rogers.
Memorials may be made to Arvest Bank in the name of Kent Lawson Memorial Fund.
