Raymond Ray "Peterbo" Wilson Sr., 77, of Vilonia died yesterday (March 20, 1988).
Born Oct. 14, 1910, in Vilonia, a son of E. R. and Cora Genie Frazier Wilson, he was a retired farmer, an Army veteran of World War II, a member of the Disabled American Veterans and a member of Woodrow Church of Christ near Vilonia.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Helen Wood Wilson; two sons, Raymond Ray Wilson Jr. of Vilonia and Odis Wilson of Cabot; four dughters, Mrs. Valla Boyd, Mrs. Marty Wilson and Mrs. Evon Nealey, all of Vilonia and Mrs. Mary Drysdale of Salt Lake City; and nine grandchildren..
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Woodrow Church of Christ with Mr. Richard Kirkland officiating. Burial will be in Cypress Valley Cemetery at Vilonia by Roller- McNutt Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Al Wrape, Charles Troutman, Tom Dewey, Bill Sanson, Gordon Higgins, Jerrell Coker and Otis Cato.
