Flora Ann was married to William Russell James, son of George Washington James and Nancy Jane Welton James, he was born Feb 7, 1869. They had three children Floy, Carl, & Nellie. William married again to Mamie Ophia Scott. He died Sep 14, 1954 in Stigler, Haskell County, OK.
