Richard Harrison Nickell, 53, died Monday at 2:30 p.m. at his home in Hazel Valley. A farmer, he was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Alpha Nickell; four sons, Howard Nickell of Fayetteville, Cecil of the Merchant Marine, Glenn and Richard, Jr., both of the home; three daughters, Irene, Wilma Jean and Evelyn Sue, all of the home; two grandchildren; four brothers, Bill of Jennings, Okla., Miles of Hazel Valley, Henry of Gainesville, Mo., and J.C. of Fayetteville, and four sisters, Mrs. Alice Wilson of Illinois, Mrs. Jossie Dennis of Hazel Valley, Mrs. Geneva Peters of Alamogerde, N.M., and Mrs. Georgia Dunnaway of Fayetteville.
Funeral arrangements under direction of Moore's Funeral Chapel are incomplete.

Funeral services for Richard Harrison Nickell, 53, who died Monday, will be held at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon at the Nickell Chapel, with burial in Nickell Cemetery, Moore's Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
