Betty Louise (Shavers) Godbold,
62, of Morrilton, died
Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010.
Born Oct. 23, 1948, in
Menifee, she was the daughter
of John Henry Shavers and Izola
Shavers.
Survivors include her husband,
Aubrey Godbold of North
Carolina; her mother, Izola
Shavers of Morrilton; two sons,
Joe Nathan Pirtle of Detroit,
Mich., and Delon Pirtle of Morrilton;
three daughters, Sheila
Thomas of Plumerville, Lucrecia
Pirtle of Morrilton, and
Andrea Kelley of McCrory;
three brothers, Larry Shavers
and Maurice Shavers, both of
Menifee, and Richard Shavers
of Hot Springs; five sisters,
Johnnie Oliver, Donna Shavers
and Sarah Foster, all of Menifee,
and Linda Shavers and Brenda
Steward, both of Hot Springs;
13 grand-children; and five
great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Saturday,
Nov. 20, at the Better Life
Ministries in Conway by Pastor
Robert H. Oliver Jr. Burial was
in the Menifee Community
Cemetery Menifee by Wilson
and Jarrett Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were James
Wilburn Sr., Macauthor Pirtle,
Joshua Crowder, Eric Watson,
Maurice Shavers and Regan Pirtle.
