Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Ann Anderson, aged 84, wife of the late Bill Anderson, of near Cass, was held at the White Oak Church Wednesday, by Eld. J L McClellan, pastor of the New Enoch Baptist Church of which Mrs Anderson was a member. Burial in the Duncan Cemetery Greer Company was in charge. Mrs Anderson was born Sept 6, 1851 Cornith MS and came to this country when she was a young lady. Here she was married to W.P. Anderson. Who died 6yrs ago. She died Monday night at a Shawnee hospital after she had been taken there from Earlsboro to receive treatments for a broken hip. Surviving her are two daughters. Mrs. Will Barham, Ozark, Mrs. Arthur Donald Ealsboro, Okla., a stepson Donald Ealsboro. Source: The Spectator Ozark, AR dated 75 yrs ago Tuesday Jul 14 and Friday July 17, 1936
