Elton Junior Hogue, age 66, of Bigelow, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014. He was born September 7, 1947 in Wynne, Arkansas, a son of the late William Elbert Hogue and the late Martha Ann "Littlejohn" Hogue. He was a Vietnam Veteran, retired from the Co-op in Morrilton, and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his brother, Marion Eugene Hogue and wife Beth of Oppelo; sisters, Frances Keysacker of Belleville, Arkansas, Opal Eveline Kelley of McCrory, Arkansas, and Dorothy Harrison of Cotulla, Texas; several nieces and nephews; and special friend Derrick "Cooter" Foster.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jennifer Lynn Hogue and his second wife, Janice Rae Hogue.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 29th at Wye Mountain Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 28, at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
