James Edward's parents were : L W Sullivan and Emma Smith Sullivan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lucious Sullivan; mother, Emma Smith Sullivan; brother, Gary Sullivan and sister, Darlene Sullivan Lasker.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine Sullivan and two sons, James O. W. Sullivan of Conway and Edison Sullivan of New Orleans, La.; two grandchildren; three brothers, Frank Sullivan of Menifee, Carl Sullivan of Little Rock, Lebradley Sullivan of Tacoma, Wash.; five sisters, Virginia Delph of Frisco, Texas, Ruby Canady of Lee's Summit, Mo., Rosemary Plummer of Germantown, Md., Sharon Sullivan of Menifee, Louise Williams of Oklahoma City, Okla.; as well as a host of special nephews, nieces and close relatives and friends.
Funeral service for will be at 11 a.m. at Friday at Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Plumerville by the Rev. David E. Cox.
Burial will be at Menifee Community Cemetery in Menifee by Wilson and Jarrett Funeral Home in Morrilton.
