Bessie S. Gibbs, 85, of Wood River, IL, formerly of Conway, died Tuesday, September 15, 2009.
She was born June 6, 1924 in Liberty (Faulkner County) to the late Julian Berry and Flora McCarty Berry.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Wheeler of Wood River, IL; two brothers, Calvin Berry and Howard Berry.
Graveside services will be 4:00 PM Saturday at Oakland Cemetery in Holland with Rev. Jimmie Acklin officiating.
