November 27, 1946 - February 26, 1983
Mrs. Worthington was born November 27, 1946 in Nashville, and she died Saturday following an accident on the Buck Range Road.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Nashville and a housewife.
Survivors include her husband, Gerry T. Worthington of Nashville; two sons, William Hayden and Wesley Jay Worthington, both of the home; one daughter, Amanda Diane Worthington of the home; one brother, Joe Ball of Nashville; one sister, Mrs. Diane Williams of Little Rock; her mother, Mrs. Amy Johnston of Little Rock; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ester Ball of Nashville.
