Evelyn Marie Moncrief of Conway died Friday (Oct. 14, 2005) in the Heritage Nursing Center at the age of 75.
She was born in Vilonia on May 5, 1930, to Omer and Zora Wilson York. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Hubert York.
She retired from the Timex Corp. of Little Rock after 36 years of employment as an inspector. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, Danny Eugene Moncrief of Conway; two sisters, Jean Henry of Chandler, Texas, and Eldean Coker of Conway; and by her brother, Hestel York of Vilonia.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday (Oct. 17) at the Roller McNutt Funeral home in Conway, 327-7727, officiated by Jim Davis, with burial at Cypress Valley Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
