Alice Mayner, 79, of Ozark died Monday, Nov. 18, 2002, in a local nursing home. She was born April 11, 1923, in Jethro. She was retired from a canning factory and was a Protestant. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark with burial at Belt Cemetery in Ozark. She is survived by a sister, Joyce Woolsey of Ozark; four brothers, Raymond, Jack, Joe and Herman Mayner, all of Ozark. Pallbearers will be Christopher, Grant, William and Scott Mayner, Frank Woolsey and Shawn Wright. Memorial contributions may be made to Belt Cemetery Fund.
