Juanita Zullo, 36, of Conway died Sunday (May 4, 2003) at UAMS Medical Center.
Born July 1, 1966, in Paris (Logan County), a daughter of Ruby Loggins of Conway and the late John Gates, she was a homemaker.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Walters.
Other survivors are her husband, Tim Zullo; one brother, Tommy Gates of Conway; and one sister, Becky Pelts of Russellville.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cypress Valley Cemetery in Vilonia. Burial will be by Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home in Conway.
Visitation will be 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
