She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Pentecostal Church of God in Ozark.
She was preceded in death by her husband Archie Bernard and one son Rev. Johnny Bernard.
Survivors include three daughters, Letha Brown, Lola Davis and Hazel Kinney, all of Ozark; one sister Lydia Brown of Fort Smith; 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren;55 great-great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-great-grandchildren.
Grandson's served as pallbearers, Honorary pallbearers were grandchildren.
