Charles A. Waits, 44, of Ozark died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, in Ozark.
He was a Navy veteran and attended Apostolic Truth Tabernacle. He was a laborer and a student at Arkansas Tech University in Ozark.
He was born Feb. 27, 1968.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark with burial at Belt Cemetery in Ozark.
He is survived by three daughters, Sunny Waits of Ozark and Debra and Heather Waits, both of Clarksville; three sisters, Velma Easom and Tracy Waits, both of Ozark, and Nina Lee of Paris; six brothers, Charles Waits of Shawnee, Kan., Monty Waits of Fort Smith and Billy, Jimmy, David and Terry Waits, all of Ozark; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Pat Waters, Keith Doss, Steve Stacy, Jerry Remmer, Andy Murphy and Phillip Cone.
