James Donald Scott, 75, of Mayflower died September 3, 2012. He was born February 4, 1937 in Renfro, Miss.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Sherry Scott, one son Douglas Scott and two sisters Ann & Patsy Scott. Survivors include his wife Polly Scott, Sons Donald (Jr.) & Jim Scott in California, David Scott in Texas, Jason Scott in Florida & Zachery Scott in Arkansas; daughters, Delores Greff & Debbie Weeda in California, Autumn, Lisa, & Susie Scott in Arkansas. Other survivors two brother,s Archie & Bobbie Scott in Idaho & three sisters, Dorothy Goodwin, Joan Coleman & Sandra Burchfield in Arkansas & a host of grandchildren.

Services will be 3 p.m., Thursday, September 6, 2012, at Bethlehem Cemetery, 505 Hwy 225 East, Shady Grove Community, Greenbrier, Arkansas. Arrangements by Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home of Greenbrier, (501) 679-4400.
