Eugene Rodger Scott, 81, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Friday, April 22, 2011 in Fort Smith.
He was born April 11, 1930 in El Centro, California, to Miley and Mable Rogers Scott.
He was a retired Cargill employee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Johnny Scott and Little Miley, and a sister Ruby Barnett.
Funeral services were at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Terry Schlinker officiating, with burial at Highland Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
He is survived by his wife, Lotha B. Hill Scott of Ozark; three daughters, Carylon Cambra of Oakley, California, Donna Medlock of Clarksville and Betty Inklebarger of Branch, Arkansas; a sister, Gladys Aston of Illinois; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Randy Hill, Richard and Jerry Clayborn; Kevin Inklebarger, and Collin Birkhan, and Noel Young. Honorary pallbearers were Kenneth Medlock, Clois Hill, and Daniel Stogsdill.

Lotha (Lola) Bea Scott, 80, of Ozark, Arkansas, died, Friday, June 7, 2013 in Ozark.
She was born August 17, 1932 in Ozark to Arthur and Iva Cowan Hill.
She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Scott; her parents and a sister, Alma Lee Young.
She was retired from the Ozark Nursing Home and of the Pentecostal Faith.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with David Willis officiating with burial at Highland Cemetery, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
She is survived by three daughters, Carolyn Jean Cambra and husband Manuel, JR of Oakley, California, Donna Faye Medlock and husband Doyle of Clarksville, Arkansas and Betty Ann Inklebarger and husband Ricky Eugene of Branch, Arkansas; one sister, Lena Ellison and husband Earmore of Ozark; one brother, Clois Hill of Ozark; five grandchildren, Delane Scott and Twyla Inklebarger of Bay point, California, Jerry Dale Clayborn, JR and Richard Eugene Clayborn both of Clarksville and Kevin Eugene Inklebarger of Branch;five great grandchildren, Nerissa Hall of and Shayla Blackman of Bay point and Kendal Clayborn and Collin Birhahn of Clarksville; and expecting one great grandchild, Kylin Inklebarger of Branch; many nieces and nephews.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 W. Commercial in Ozark.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Dale and Richard Eugene Clayborn, Kevin Eugene and Ricky Inklebarger, Doyle Medlock, Collin Birkhahn and Daniel Stogsdill.
