BENTONVILLE — Donald Wilson Pace, age 90, of Bentonville, passed away on Jan. 3, 2013, in Bentonville. He was born Sept. 28, 1922, in Lowell, Ark., to the late King and Eva Owens Pace.
He was a member and deacon of the First Baptist Church of Cave Springs, Ark. He was a World War II veteran and had served in the Pacific and in Japan.
He was a retired carpenter, loved his family and working in his yard. He was preceded in death by his wife. Belva Pace and seven brothers and sisters.
He is survived by one sister-in-law and nephews and nieces.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Cave Springs. Pastor Gary Brewer and Bro. Elvis Dudley are officiating the service. Interment will follow in Phillips Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care of Callison-Lough Funeral Home of Bentonville.
