Leronia Brown passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012.
She was born June 25, 1921, to the late Tom and Rosie Thomas in Conway, Arkansas.
On September 14, 1940, she was united in Holy Matrimony to Leaon Brown. To this union five children were born. Louise Hood, San Diego, California, Bonnie Gilbert, San Francisco, California, Berthina Adkisson (Moses), Cincinnati, Ohio, Cleaon Brown (deceased), Charlene Bland (Robert), Conway, Arkansas. She also raised three grandchildren, Ricky Williams (deceased), Sharon Williams, Conway, Arkansas, Tony Wrather, San Antonio, Texas. She leaves to cherish her memories 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves a sister-in-law, Lenora Thomas; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home.
Funeral will be 11 a.m., Monday, October 22, 2012, at the Harrison and Willow Streets Church of Christ, with Bill Green officiating.
Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery, under the direction of Griffin Leggett Conway, 501-327-5000.
