Mrs. Willie Mae Kent, 79, Bentonville, died Sunday at Bates Memorial Hospital. She was born July 26, 1895, in Taylor, Tex.
She was a member of the Bentonville First Christian Church. Most of her life was spent in Wichita Falls, Tex. She lived in Bentonville from 1925 to 1935. After returning to Texas, she came back to Bentonville to make her home in 1960.
She is survived by three sons, Dale Kent of Fayetteville, Harold Kent of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Lloyd Kent of San Diego, Calif.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday at the Callison and McKinney Funeral Chapel in Bentonville with the Rev. Elburn Moore officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery.
A memorial has been established at the First Christian Church of Bentonville.
