Ralph L. Reames, 87, of Paris, died Friday, Jan. 16, 2004.
He was a lifelong resident of Paris and member of First Assembly of God Church. He was owner-operator of Handy Dan Ice Company and a local businessman.
He was preceded in death by parents, Frank and Mary (Moore) Reames; wife Dollie Mae (Lee) Reames of 70 years; son, Carlton Reames; and eleven sisters and brothers.
He married Dollie Lee on Oct 29, 1932.
He is survived by three daughters, Pearl Collins of Paris, Sue Reames of Fort Smith, and Gwen Pierce of Van Buren; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Funeral service was at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20 in First Assembly of God Church in Paris with burial in the Moore Cemetery in Paris under the direction of Roller Funeral Home of Paris.
Pallbearers were Les Collins, Brent Pierce, Mike McAlister, Brian Evans, Gary Grisham, and Brian Nye.
