Frances Joan Boles, 81, of Ward, Arkansas, was born November 19, 1932 at Ward, Arkansas, and went to be with the Lord December 31, 2013. She was a graduate of Little Rock Senior High School and a member of Tiger Band, as well as a member of Faith Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church in Cabot.
Joan is survived by her daughter, Barbara Peluso (Gabe) of Ward; her son Jack Carr Boles, Jr. (Sherri) of Jasper; grandchildren Amy McGee of Harrison, John Peluso (Katie) of Arlington, Texas, T. J. Joiner of Searcy, Tracy Peluso of Ward, Ginny Fernando (Nino) of Jasper, Jennifer Hardwick (Joseph) of New London, Connecticut, and Jack C. Boles, III (Bethany) of Yellville; eighteen great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack Carr Boles, Sr. and her mother and father William and Lizzie Robinson.
Memorials may be made to Lonoke County Safe Haven, First Baptist Church of Cabot Mission Scholarship Fund, or a breast cancer awareness organization.
Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2013 at Cabot First Baptist Church. Cremation arrangements by Westbrook, a Smith Family Funeral Home.
