BENTONVILLE — Lynn Speer, age 57 of Rogers, lost her battle with cancer on Thursday, May 17, 2012, at the Legacy Village Circle of Life hospice in Bentonville. She was born Jan. 23, 1955, in Mesa, Ariz., to Helen Jewell and Charles Alvin Wright.

Lynn is survived by the love of her life, Philip Moser of Rogers; daughter, Tina Lynn Speer of Rogers, her younger brother, Tommy C. Wright and his wife Patty of Rogers; older brother, Ronnie G. Wright of Fayetteville; nieces and nephews include Carrie Turknett-Watson of Westville, Okla., Amy Wright of Fayetteville, Morgan Wright of Rogers and Jason Turknett of Coweta, Okla.

Lynn was a longterm resident of Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from Gentry High School in 1973 and maintained her career as a stylist for over 20 years, with the last four years styling at Rumors Salon.

A private graveside service will be for family and close friends on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Rogers Cemetery, with Jim Wright officiating. Visitation has been scheduled for 5-7 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2012.
