Wade Matthew Askins, 35, of Ozark died Saturday, July 3, 2010, in Ozark.
He was born Dec. 29, 1974, in Huntsville.
He was a lead man at the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department.
He was the widower of Carolyn Wade.
Graveside service was 10 a.m. Friday at Lone Pine Cemetery in Ozark under the direction of Shaffer Funeral home of Ozark.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica; a daughter, Destiny Harley of Ozark; three sons, Logan Askins and Trennan and Kyle Shepherd, all of Ozark; his parents William and Ollie Askins of Ozark; a sister, Judy of Ozark; and a brother, Larry Askins of Ozark.
Pallbearers were Grant, Kyle and Gary Sturdivant, Chris Hardin, Rick Grigsby and Mike Hare.
