Cemetery notes and/or description:
Located 3 miles down the southside of the Arkansas River near Ozark, Franklin County, Arkansas on private property orginally owned by William Hail (Hale) 1809-1896 who died in Erath County, Texas. It is at the end of a dirt road in the woods. There are about 40 unmarked graves that have only head and foot stones with no names. Many have been damaged by falling tree limbs over the years. Most of the people buried there are Hail family members and their descendents.
