FAYETTEVILLE — Ruth Feagin, 91, of Fayetteville died Aug. 24, 2000, in Fayetteville. She was born Aug. 9, 1909, in Schoolton, Okla., to John and Eller Burns. She was a Baptist, a homemaker and was a former employee of Fox Deluxe poultry plant in Springdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Clyde Feagin.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, James Dale Feagin and Diane of Huntsville, "Doc" Feagin and Janet of Rogers and Orther Darl Feagin and Betty of Fayetteville; one daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie Cooper and Tommy of Lowell; 26 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Friendship Cemetery with Randy Searight officiating.
Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. today at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale.
