Kerry Lewis Cook, 40 of Mayflower departed this life July24, 2009 in Pine Bluff. Born to Robert Lewis Cook and the late Betty Joe Winston - Cook August 25, 1968.
Kerry leaves to cherish his memory, his Father, Robert Lewis Cook of Mayflower; Three Brothers, Robert S. Cook, Anthony W. Cook, Cleve F. Cook of Conway; Two Sisters, Delene Stubbs, Charlene Fuller of Conway host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services 11am Saturday Annointed and Appointed Church 310 Salem Rd. Conway. Interment Palarm Cemetery. Visitation Friday 2 - 6pm Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, Conway.
