Evelyn Langston Terhune, age 63, of Gilbert, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at her home near Gilbert. She was born in Eunice, New Mexico on December 17, 1949 to JW Langston and Verla Sue (King) Langston.

Evelyn retired from teaching math in St. Joe, Arkansas. On June 03, 2006 she married Al Terhune in Tohatchi, New Mexico on the Navajo Indian Reservation then resided in their family home near Gilbert, Arkansas where they operated Mutton Meadows Sheep Farm along with Ozark Crafts Pattern Company. She was an active member on the County Fair Board, State Coordinator for Sister City, member of the Quilt Guild, founded the Dressing a Living Doll in Branson, MO and Searcy County, AR, and a member of the Mary Mother of God Catholic Church. Evelyn was a very talented seamstress, and everyone who knew her would agree, she was a seamstress for many well-known entertainers in Branson, MO and she loved to travel and spend time with her family.
Evelyn touched many lives throughout her lifetime and was loved by many.

Her father, JW Langston and grandmother, Willie King who resided near St. Joe, AR, preceded Evelyn in death.

Survivors include her husband, Al Terhune of the home; her mother, Verla Sue Langston of Gilbert; daughter, Julie (Carroll) Pinson and husband, John of Artesia, New Mexico; grandson, Zackary Pinson, also of Artesia, New Mexico; step daughters, Kimberly Hill and family of Newberg, Indiana and Lorisa Rivers and family of Minot, North Dakota.

A Funeral Mass for Evelyn will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Zion's Light Baptist Church near Gilbert, Arkansas with Father Jim Fanrak officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 PM Friday, March 15, 2013 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas. Interment will be in Tomahawk Stone Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Sean Keeling, Lance Keeling, Jordan Methvin, Ben Fruehauf, Blake Baker and Sean Bing.
