Joseph Henry Swanson, age 54 of St. Joe, Arkansas died Saturday, October 17, 2009 at the Baxter Regional Medical center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
A son of the late John A. Swanson and Eleanor (Dyrssen) Swanson of Morton Grove, Illinois, he was born July 31, 1955 at Chicago, Illinois.
With his mother he is survived by; four sons, Jason Esterl and Jeremy Esterl and his wife Natalie all of Chicago, IL, Christopher Swanson of Minneapolis, MN and Joseph Swanson of Benton, AR, a daughter, Susanmary Swanson Reeves and her husband Jesse of St. Joe, AR, a brother, John Swanson of Morton Grove, IL, four sisters, Lucy Swanson of St. Joe, AR Anneliese Denofrio of Gurnee, IL, Susan Fetters of Cincinnati, OH and Renee Swanson of Morton Grove, IL.
He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted by the family 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at the Stone Cemetery in St. Joe, AR. Other arrangements are being made by Burns Funeral Home of Yellville, AR
