Delbert "Dell" Johnson, 70, 2402 S. Turner, Springdale, died Dec. 3 in Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born April 29, 1908, in Rock House, Ark., he was the son of Charlie and Annie Taylor Johnson. He attended Phillips Chapel Freewill Baptist Church and was a retired cement finisher who moved to Springdale from Madison County in 1948.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Donnie Mae Middleton Johnson of the home; a son, Hubert Johnson of Stone Mountain, Ga.; two daughters, Mrs. J.D. (Joetta) Thompson and Mrs. Roy L. (Mary Reba) Watson of Springdale; two brothers, Ross and Loyd Johnson of Berryville; two sisters, Mrs. Mae Doss and Mrs. Bernice Wright of Berryville; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced
by Sisco Chapel.
