Earl "Randy" Simpson, 55, of Trumann died Tuesday, Oct. 18, at St. Bernard's Medical Center.
Born at Bay, he had lived in the Bay and Trumann area for most of his life. He was a farmer and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include a stepdaughter, Tanya Crites of Alton, Mo. , his mother, Rivers Moss of Trumann; five brothers, Garry Simpson and Teddy Simpson, both of Alton, Jackie Simpson of Bay and David Simpson and Chris Simpson, both of Trumann; one sister, Tracy Thompson of Alton; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Simpson; a brother, Gale Simpson; and a sister, Joyce Simpson.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Bolivar Cemetery in Harrisburg with the Rev. Kenneth Doke officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Simpson, Kevin Rusher, Ronnie Thompson, Terry Durbin, Jackie Simpson Jr. and Robert Bartlett.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.
