CARRELL, J.W. - {from Springdale} J.W. Carrell died Saturday morning at his home eight miles east of Springdale. He was one of the wealthiest citizens of that section and his estate was valued close to $100,000. He owned the Opera Block at Springdale and was president of the Farmers and Merchants Bank of that place. The deceased was about 55 years of age and leaves a wife and six children.
