Mrs. Roma Jean Cnrpenter, 23, of Springdale, died in Dalhart, Texas, yesterday morning at 3:35 as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Loyd Bennett of Springdale. She attended University High School.
Survivors are her husband, Richard Carpenter of Dalhart; her parents; three sons; five brothers, Jackie, Bobby Joe, Loyd Wayne, J. D., and James; and two sisters, Elaine and Ruby Nell.
The body is to arrive in Fayetteville tomorrow night. Funeral arrangements under direction of the Nelson-Savage Funeral Home are incomplete.
