SPRINGDALE — Mark Wayne Blaylock, 41, of Springdale died Feb. 4, 2009, at Circle of Life Hospice. He was born March 28, 1967, in Springdale to Jan Gayle Wadsworth and Jerry Lee Blaylock.
He was a member of Fellowship Bible Church. He worked in food service for many years. He did archeological digs for eight years. He was a member of the Boy Scouts and a member of the Order of the Arrow.
Survivors include his mother of Springdale.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Sisco Chapel in Springdale, online at www.siscofuneral.com. The Rev. John Glaser will officiate. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetety.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
