Springdale -- Robert C. Gallenbeck, of Springdale died Monday in a Springdale hospital. Born at Beaver Dam, Wis., the son of Christopher and Amelia Werner Gallenbeck, he was a Baptist and a retired building contractor.
He is survived by the widow Mrs. Irma Arlitt Gallenbeck of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Mona Niebuhr of the home and Mrs. Arline Sanger of Cuernavaca Morelos, Mex.; one brother, Edward of Hales Corner, Wis.; and three grandchildren.
The body will be in state from 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sisco Funeral Chapel with burial in Bluff Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Irma F. Gallenbeck, 80, 1610 Cartwright Circle, Springdale, died April 1 at her daughter's home in Texas. Born Jan. 1, 1898, in Milwaukee, Wis., she was the daughter of Paul and Ida Breuer Arlitt and the widow of Robert C. Gallenbeck. She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Welcome Wagon Club.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Arline) Singer of Waco, Texas; one sister, Miss Elizabeth Arlitt of Milwaukee, Wis; and three grandchildren, William Niebuhr of Kenosha, Wis., Jeffrey Singer and Victoria Singer of Waco, Texas.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Sisco Chapel. Burial will be in Bluff Cemetery.
