Florencella "Jonny" Wallace, 85, a resident of Russellville, died Tuesday, July 31, 2007, at her home.
She was born October 16, 1921, at Grand Forks, North Dakota to Daniel and Snow Leek. She was a member of Central Presbyterian Church and a former member of Russellville Country Club. She graduated Business College in 1941 in Minneapolis, Minnesota; was a former Girl Scout leader; and enjoyed traveling the world with her husband. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Delos "Scotty" Wallace of Russellville; a son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Frances Wallace of Atkins; two daughters, Linda May and Bonnie Wallace,both of Russellville; a granddaughter, Heather May of Russellville; and two great granddaughters, Emma and Olivia May, both of Russellville.
A private graveside service will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park with the Rev. Kenyon P. Kalvesmaki officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service.
