Ann Hill, age 76, a resident of Russellville, AR, died Monday, April 9, 2001 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center at Russellville, AR. She was born on March 2, 1925 at Randolph County, IN, to Ollie and Dorothy Wiggins Shook. She married Richard D. Hill on October 15, 1947 at Hollansburg, Ohio. She was preceded in death by 1 sister Naomi Craig. She was a Homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church at Russellville.


Survivors include her husband, Richard D. Hill of Russellville; five sons and daughters in law, Greg and Lynda Hill of Russellville, Kim and Becki Hill of Dover, Tim and Carol Hill of Russellville, Gary and Teresa Hill of Vandalia, Kirk and Mary Beth Phillips of Wilkesboro, North Carolina; one daughter and son in law, Lisa and Bill Neuenfeldt of Russellville; one sister, Aletha Faye Shook of Russellville; 13 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.


Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, April 12, 2001 at the First United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Mackey Yokem and Rev. Clefton Vaughan. Burial will be at the Rest Haven Memorial Park at Russellville, AR under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8:00 PM Wednesday. Memorials may be made to Mayo Foundation, Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, Development Office, 13400 East Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, Arizona 85259, in memory of Ann Hill.
