Jimmy Lee Hightower, 58 of Conway, Arkansas passed away surrounded by his wife and family November 17, 2012 after a courageous battle with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Cancer. Jimmy L. Hightower was born March 7, 1954 to Mr. William and Bernice Thompson Hightower.

He professed his love and belief in Christ at an early age; he was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. He retired from Rock-Tenn of Conway, Arkansas with 28 years of service. Jimmy attended Pulaski-Tech, Little Rock, Arkansas and went to work for LM Glasfiber, Little Rock, Arkansas where he was employed until his passing.

Such a great man, he loved his family immediate and extended, had a contagious smile. Jimmy was a work-a-holic, he believed in the biblical saying, "a man that don't work, should not eat."

Mr. Jimmy Hightower was preceded in death by his Father, William Hightower; Mother, Bernice Thompson Hightower and Three Brothers: Ellis Hightower, Zebedde Hightower, and L. C. Hightower.

He is survived by his Loving Wife of 22 years, Edna Coleman Hightower of Conway, Arkansas; Two Daughters: Jelisha Hightower of Pennsylvania; Roesha Hightower of California; Four Sons: Arnez Hightower (Katherine)of California, Dr. Quantrell Willis of Decatur, Illinois, 2nd Lt. Nathaniel Willis of Conway, Arkansas; Senior Airman Courtney Willis of Okinawa, Japan and 10 grandchildren.
Four Sisters: Lue Flood of Flint, Michigan; Lucinda Wesley of Conway, and Lucille Hightower of Conway, Arkansas and Minnie Jean Hightower of Pasadena, California. Five Brothers: Clarence Hightower of San Bernardino, California; James Hightower, Sr., and Johnnie Hightower, and Wayne Hightower of Conway, Arkansas; and Leon (Brenda) Hightower of Lexington, Kentucky; and one Uncle, James Hightower (Lynn) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a Host of Nieces and Nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Wake will be held Friday evening at 6:00 P.M. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway, Arkansas. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Bigelow, Arkansas. Interment will follow at United Methodist Cemetery, in Conway. In Lieu of flowers, cards, and monetary gifts, Give someone a smile.
