SPRINGDALE — James Ray Whisenhunt, 61, of Springdale died March 25, 2000, in a Rogers hospital. He was born Aug. 17, 1938, in Mena to Ray and Bessie Payne Whisenhunt. He was retired from the maintenance department of Roxell Inc. and had served in the Navy.
Survivors include his mother of Springdale; one son, James D. Whisenhunt of Stockton, Calif.; two daughters, Cindy Marie Whisenhunt and Wendy Lee Whisenhunt, both of Stockton; one brother, Fred Whisenhunt of Springdale; ore sister, Imogene Donell of Springdale; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Private graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Friendship Cemetery with the Rev. Rodney Weeks officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Memorial Funeral Home in Springdale.
