Dona Belle (Carroll) Eoff was the daughter of Isaac Carroll and Martha Cook, natives of Arkansas. Dona's known siblings were James J, Isiah, Andrew, Emma R, Luke, John, Mary, Leona and Pearline Carroll, all born in Arkansas. Dona was born and raised on the family farm in Van Buren County.
Dona married Lloyd Hilery Eoff, the son of Marion Calloway Eoff and Mary Eliza Bradford, March 1, 1929 in Van Buren County, Arkansas. They were the parents of Herbert Julian Eoff, Rual Doyle Eoff and Doris D (Eoff) Huggins. By a previous marriage to Lillie Belle Childers (d. 1928), Lloyd Hilery Eoff had two sons, Lester Vernie Eoff and Johnny Burnice Eoff. Lloyd Hilery was a farmer in Van Buren County, Arkansas.
